All the time. If a movie comes out in theatres that I absolutely love, I will download a copy to watch until the DVD comes out and then I will buy it. Sometimes even if I don’t love the movie and I just like it a lot, I’ll still buy the DVD. I routinely scour the cheap DVD bins at Wal-Mart and Target, etc. If I really like a song, I’ll download it from iTunes. And it pisses me off to no end when iTunes makes you buy a whole album when all you want is one or two songs. I bet a lot more people would buy music legally if they didn’t make you buy the whole thing. I know I would. As far as tv shows go, I’ll download them until the DVDs come out and then I’ll buy them. But they really need to be cheaper. I can’t afford to pay $50 for Sons of Anarchy Season 3. lol. I paid $20 for Castle Season 1. That was perfect. I would have paid $30. But seriously, tv shows on DVD should never be more than $40.
